Having completed and received my degree (First Class Honours) in Film & Screen Media at University College Cork I am looking to begin a career in the industry. I have had an interest in film production for a long time and would like to specialise in film editing to utilise my existing skills and to acquire new ones. My aim is to offer a professional and fresh approach in my work and to utilise and develop my skill-sets and technical knowledge.

- Ability to use both Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro editing suites as well as other components of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of and ability to use a variety of modern filmmaking and audio equipment

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- In 2019, as part of my university thesis, I wrote, cast, shot, directed and edited a short fiction film whilst adhering to a strict brief as set out by academic staff, for which I received a first class honours.
- I jointly own, and am insured for, an Inspire 1 Drone and am a competent and experienced drone camera operator and aerial film editor. In 2017, I received a commission to produce aerial films from a Cork-based branch of a European estate agency.
- In March 2016, I visited Sri Lanka as a work experience assignment for a specialist wildlife tour company. My role was to create, produce and edit a film of the highlights of the holiday. This film is now being used as a promotional film for the tour company.
- In 2014, I was commissioned to produce and edit a show-reel on behalf of an actor colleague and have compiled and edited a number of video clips and short films for small businesses specifically for websites and social media.
